He is survived by: his wife Elaine Love Thompson of Bunnlevel; his sons, Carl Woody Smith of Fayetteville, NC, Calvin Green of New Jersey, Bryan Green of Bunnlevel, NC, Andre Green of New Jersey and Dominique Green of Lillington; his grandchildren, Anthony Smith, Carl Smith Jr., Amaya Smith, Saedy Cofield, Aashiya Alston, Keyshaun, Chuck, Diamond, Jay, Dre Anthony Lee Greene, Ki'Ana Elaine, Neleh Rosa, Leneh Rosa, Dominic Green Jr. and Aaliyah Elaine; his great grandchildren, Amari and Kamari; and his niece Dominique McLean of Houston, Texas. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:55 PM at the Dafford Funeral Home Chapel - Dunn (707 E Edgerton St, Dunn, NC 28334). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery.
