He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Godwin and Maurice Godwin; and his wife Judy Autry Godwin. He is survived by: his children, Chris Godwin (Melissa) of Clinton, Steven Godwin and Kimberly Godwin of Plain View; his grandson Daniel Godwin; and his sisters, Carol Godwin of Plain View, Pamela Spell (Dwight) of Plain View and Phyllis Shirley (Tommy) of Plain View. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
