We are sad to announce that on July 6, 2023, at the age of 82, Edward Eugene Rimmer of Dunn, North Carolina, born in Gaston, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Riley Rimmer and Texie Sisk Rimmer; his wife Bobbie Jean Tolbert Rimmer; his son Brian Rimmer; and his siblings, Pete, Homer, Boyce, Jerry, Mildred, Inez, Hazel and Betty.
He is survived by: his son Edward Keith Rimmer (Vickie) of Dunn, NC; his brother Don Rimmer (Louise) of Lincolnton, NC; his sister-in-law Polly Rimmer; his grandchildren, Toni Rimmer, Carla Rimmer, Daniel Rimmer (Ashley) and Megan Rimmer; and his great grandchildren, Alyssa Miller, Alayna Miller, Callie Rimmer, Noah Hodge, Max Huggins, Ethan Rimmer, Andrew Rimmer, Braylen Abernathy, Eva Abernathy and Olivia Wallace.
