It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ethel Creech Williams of Dunn, North Carolina, who passed away on October 17, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Manley Stanford Creech and Mandy Renfrow Creech; her husbands, Jesse Hubert Williams and Wilbert Luther Durham; and her siblings, Margie Creech Johnson, James WinstonCreech, Bobby Landon Creech, Javon Edward Creech and A. Creech.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, James Williams, Barbara Durham and Patricia Durham; and her stepgrandchildren, Rachel Taylor, David Thorpe, Zee Thorpe, Samantha Ribler, Benjamin Ribler and Karen Taylor. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Westfield Baptist Church (700 N Ashe Ave, Dunn, NC 28334). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Kenly Cemetery (608 W 2nd St, Kenly, NC 27542).
