She was predeceased by: her parents, James Readich Jacobs and Donnie Mae Jones Jacobs; her husband Ronald C. Chance; and her brothers, James Nathan Jacobs and James Allen Jacobs.
She is survived by: her siblings, Bobby C. Jacobs (Cheryl), Glenda Fields (Earl), Wilma Goins (Clarence), Dell Strickland (Roscoe), Vonda Floyd (late Eugene) and Kay Carter (Mitchell); and her sister-in-law Randa Jacobs. She is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
