She was predeceased by: her parents, Vander B. Griffin and Lena Harris Griffin; her husband Mickey Betts; and her son Donald Denning. She is survived by: her sisters-in-law, Joyce Griffin and Ozelle Griffin; her nieces and nephews, Charlene Beasley (Mike), Reditha L. Denning and Tammy Denning; her daughters-in-law, Tammy Denning, Reditha L. Denning and Charlene Beasley (Mike); and her grandchildren, Christy Williams, Beth Amerson (Gary), Travis Rhodes, Tiffany Raynor (Ben), Michelle Beasley and April Denning. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren; and several nephews and nieces.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Skinner & Smith Funeral Home Chapel (905 Erwin Rd, Dunn, NC 28334). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
