Leola Ivey Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 21, 2025, at the age of 94, Leola Ivey of Dunn, North Carolina passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Leola Ivey to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Brascus Barefoot and Georgia Barefoot; her husband James Woodrow Ivey; and her siblings, Golden Ray Barefoot, Roland Barefoot and Nola May Barefoot.
She is survived by: her sons, Randy (Henrietta Ivey) and Ricky (Janette Ivey); her sister Eula Ivey; her granddaughter Elizabeth Poe; and her sibling's children, Chris Ivey, Louis Ivey, Wayne Ivey, Willa Dean Oakes, Ellen Ivey, Delous Ivey, Bonnie Peacock, Marie Baker, Michael Barefoot and Rhodean Baine.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Dunn Funeral Home (208 W Main St, Benson, NC 27504). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
