He is survived by: his mother Estela Gomez Aguirre of Dunn, NC; his daughters, Jocelyn Anahi Espinoza and Juliet Isabel Espinoza; the parent of his children Marleny Villalta of Sanford, NC; his siblings, Beatrice Garcia of Sanford, NC, Odila Espinoza Aguirre of Dunn, NC, Anabella Espinoza of Dunn, NC, Olivia Mondragon of Raleigh, NC and Jesus Aguirre (Jessica Williams) of Dunn, NC; his grandmother Reyna Gomez Abelino of Mexico; his uncles, Natividad Aguirre Gomez of Broadway, NC, Vincente Gutierez of Broadway, NC, Pablo Arenas of Lillington, NC, Isidra Arenas of Mexico, Orlanda Arenas of Sanford, NC and Rodrigo Arenas of Mexico; and his nieces, Leia Mirlet Mora and Dalilah Espinoza.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Smith Funeral Home Broadway, Inc. (201 1st St, Broadway, NC 27505). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Saint Stephens Catholic Church (901 N Franklin Dr, Sanford, NC 27330).
