He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Paul and Cynthia Johnson Girman; his sister Vera K Girman; his grandmother Nancy M Johnson; his aunt Kathryn Arritt (Ken); his uncles, Stephen Johnson and Michael Girman (Carol); and his cousins, Meredith McDowell (Aaron), Reid Arritt (Devin), Andrew Girman (Floencia), Julia Girman, Cathy Jordan (Damien) and John Evans (Nurisel Nuňoz).
