With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Andy Holt (Durham, North Carolina), who passed away on July 24, 2025 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Seaton Holt, Jr. and Mildred Thompson Holt. He is survived by: his wife Alice; his children, Pat Holt of Wendell, Bren Holt (Frannie Simmonette) of Clayton, Allison Hart (Rick) of Dallas and Andy Holt, IV (Stephanie) of Knightdale; his sister-in-law Margaret Lee of Jonesboro, Georgia.; his grandchildren, Chris Andres (Graham), Jim Upchurch (Rachel), Luke Upchurch (Carlie), Terri Upchurch (Damian Boags), Lindsay Lopez (Rodolfo), Seaton Holt (Amanda), Trevor Hart, Ray Holt, Dee Holt, Caroline Hart, Morgan Holt, Tristan Holt and Khi Holt; and his great grandchildren, Preston (Ciera), Carson, Mary Gray, Britton Andres, Isaiah, Jana Upchurch, Hannah, Harper, Hadley Upchurch, Evie, Demi Boags, Jayce, Natalia and Eli Lopez.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Ridgecrest Baptist Church (1104 Milton Rd, Durham, NC 27712).
