She was predeceased by: her husband Rowland F. Williams, Jr.; her siblings, Carl Swainey, Walter Swainey, Christine Osborne and Peggy Combs; her son-in-law Lane Combs; and her parents, Noah Swainey and Mary Rich Swainey.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Combs, Lori Meyer (Tom) and Robbie Oakley (Ramona); and her pet Jack. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
