He is survived by: his wife Carla Southards Kendall; and his siblings, Thompson Puahi of Hawaii, Frances Puahi of Texas, Audrey Young of Honolulu, Robert "Bobby" Puahi (Diane), Herman "Junior" Puahi and Hiram Puahi. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews he loved.
