He was predeceased by: his father Arthur Warren Collins; and his brothers, Coy Clay Collins, John Thomas Collins and Bobby Glen Collins. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Collins; his children, Vicki Collins Ashley and Arthur Warren Collins III; his sister Betty C. Goodfellow; and his grandchildren, Kimberly Maniace and Arthur Warren Collins IV. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
