She is survived by: her children, Norman "Chip" David Couch Jr. (JoAnne) and Pamela Jean Couch Price (Roger); her sister Shirley Jones Leggio; her brother-in-law Douglas Howard Kidd; her grandchildren, Joanna Kay Couch Havens (Jason), Andrew Eric Price (Amanda), Rebecca Jean Couch Smith (Nathan), Lauren Elizabeth Price Parker (Sean) and Elizabeth Claire Couch Wood (James); her great grandchildren, Kayla Scott Havens, Camden David Havens, Natalie Jean Smith, Kathryn JoAnne Smith, Abigail Rae Parker, Nolan David Parker, Emily Claire Wood, Lauren James Wood and Anna Beth Wood; and her caregiver Catina Hartley. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
