He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivory Thomas Oakley and Ruby Fuller Oakley; and his brothers, Coy Oakley and Russell Oakley. He is survived by: his wife Alice Murray Oakley; his daughter Jennifer Oakley Seeley; his grandson Nathan David Seeley; and his siblings, Lawrence Oakley (Regina), Samuel Oakley and Margaret Oakley.
