He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his brother Buster Smith (Debbie); his sisters-in-law, Cathy Miller (Denny) and Teresa Spell (David); his nephew Nathan Brady (Alison); his great-nephews, Joshua and Michael Brady; his daughter Ginger Forsyth (Jeff); his grandchildren, Nicolas and Gracie Ducharme; and his children, Lisa Smith Wagoner and Jeff Smith.
