She was predeceased by: her parents, Leland Ersell Smith and Ruby Hazel Strickland Smith; and her husband W. Lee. She is survived by: her children, Patrice Mansfield, Lisa M. Fortune, Douglas Mansfield (Sherri), Kristy Lecky (Jeff), Andrea Hubbell (Gerry) and Walter Mansfield (Lesley); her grandchildren, Heather Fortune, Hannah Fortune, Andrew Mansfield (Morgan), Kayla Mansfield, Jonathan Lecky, Daniel Lecky (Kelsey), Kathryn (Conner), Caroline Grace, Amanda Krygier (Kyle), Adam Hubbell, Abigail Coleman (Kyle), Bethany Costello (Thomas), Corey Mansfield (Sarah) and Diana Mansfield; her great grandchildren, Chloe, Elijah, Anna, Sloane, Jane, Owen and Warren; her brother Jerry Smith (Lois); her nephew Jeff Rankin (Gail); her niece Karen Gilmore (Ryan); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Connor, Trevor, Dylan, Milo, Gwen Lloyd, Bobby Lloyd (Catherine), Elsie and Wallis; her nieces and nephews, Justin Lloyd (Brooke), Cassady, Helen Payne (Fred), Randy Morgan, Tommy Morgan (Delores), Peyton and Sandra Hinton (David); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Morgan, Austin and Seth. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
