He was predeceased by: his mother Blanche Womble Williams-Mezeke. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Ann Turner; his sons, Billy C. Williams Jr. and Kenyart A. Williams; his siblings, Blanchie Mae Morgan, Cora Elizabeth Hanner, Bobby Williams and Jerry Williams (Diana); and his grandchildren, Brendan E. Williams, Kayla A. Williams and Kylie E. Williams. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
