He is survived by: his children, Amy Weaver (Henry) of Timberlake and Andrew "Drew" Mooney (Jonny Cascione) of Hillsborough; his granddaughters, Alexis Weaver of Bracey Virginia, Evelyn Weaver and Makayla Weaver of Timberlake; his great grandchild Kairo Williams of Bracey, Virginia; his sister Brenda Allen Rigney of Durham; his caregiver Mark Holt; and his aunt Cathy Allen of Hillsborough. He is also survived by several nieces, great-nieces, great-great nieces; nephews, great-nephews, great-great nephews and many, many friends.
