She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Medlin and Virginia Medlin; her husband Howard Franklin Cox; and her son Christopher David Payne. She is survived by: her son Ronnie Cox; and her grandchildren, Alexander and Savannah Cox. She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
