He is survived by: his wife Carol; his daughters, Cathryn Carson and Caryn Carson; his grandchildren, Rowan Herron and David Wesley Herron; his siblings, John Carson and Coralee Carson Kuhn; Timothy Herron and Brian Gaddy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
