He is survived by: his children, Nakia Pace of Durham, NC and Cameron Vereen of Durham, NC; his stepdaughter Dequindra Ruskin of Durham, NC; his fiancée Frances Vereen of Durham, NC; and his siblings, Edward Woods, Georgia Woods, Edris Woods and Elsie Woods. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family, and dear friends.
