She was predeceased by: her parents, H. A. "Bert" Dressler and Cora Whaley Dressler. She is survived by: her husband John; her sons, Scott Washington and Mark Ward; and her grandchildren, Shawna, Sage (Hannah) and Spencer (Tracey). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
