She was predeceased by: her mother Margaret Lucas; and her sons, Robert (Suzanne) and Michael (Dawn). She is survived by: her husband William Martin Koller; her sons, William (Peggy) and James (Jody); her stepdaughters, Jacqueline (John) and Karen (Chris); her grandchildren, Michael (Carolynn), Christopher, Tami (Paul), Katherine, Alexandra, Christina, Morgan, Matthew, Hunter, Payton and Conner; and her great grandchildren, Charlotte and Madelyn.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Lustgarten Foundation, Pancreatic Cancer Research, Woodbury, NY.
