She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Ford and Carolyn Ford; her husband George W. Bolden; and her sister Theresa F. Dukes. She is survived by: her daughters, Carol (Robert Stone-El) and Lesley; her grandsons, Nelson Stone-El and Adrian Bolden; and her brothers, Robert M. Ford and Willie Perry. She is also survived by many other family members and loving friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at 620 Wellingham Dr, Durham, NC 27713. Viewing will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:55 PM at the St. Joseph AME Church (2521 Fayetteville St, Durham, NC 27707). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
