She is survived by: her children, Tim Stark and Lisa Chandek-Stark; her son-in-law David Chandek-Stark; her stepdaughter-in-law Angela Demerle; her stepsons, Joseph Williams (Mary Frances Williams) and Paul Thomas Williams (Jackie Williams); her grandchildren, Jessica (Williams), Ryan Harte, Matt, Tara Williams, Tyler, Katie Williams, Grace and Patrick Chandek-Stark; and her great grandchildren, Tinley, Lincoln Williams, Jake Walker, Cooper and Wesley Harte. She is also survived by her family and the caregivers.
