It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Edward Daye (Durham, North Carolina), who passed away on December 25, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Ecclesiastes Daye and Addie Daye; his wife Norma Lowery Daye; his children, Tammy Roundtree and Clarence Hill; and his siblings, Hattie Hargrove, Helen Nelson, Arthur Daye and James Alfred Daye. He was also cherished by three grandchildren; and a host of extended family members and dear friends.
