He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles David and Mary Stella Hall Runkle; his wife Judith Calhoun Runkle; his children, Carmen Wood (Tim), Patrick Runkle (Jada) and Catherine Collins (Chad); his grandchildren, Rebecca Rhodes (Carson), Seth Wood (Katelynn), Collin, Davis Runkle, Brady, Austin and Macie Collins; his great grandchildren, Harley and Bennett Rhodes; and his brothers, Bill Runkle (Millie), David Runkle (Gayle) and John Runkle (Harriet). He was also cherished by five nieces and nephews.
