He was predeceased by: his father Gerald Dugan; and his grandmother Betty Dugan. He is survived by: his mother Sheri Lynn Layman; his children, Edwin Dugan and Verenice Solis Dugan; his grandchildren, Sophia and Julian; his siblings, Phil Dugan, Justin Brown and Megan Nash (Kerensa Patterson); and his stepmother Renee Dugan. He is also survived by two nieces and two nephews.
