He was predeceased by: his father Elijah Harper. He is survived by: his wife Monica; his mother Gracie M. Harper; and his siblings, LaMorris Harper (Deborah), Quinton Harper, Sr. (Rachelle) and Brenda Covington (late Mike). He is also survived by extended family members, and many dear friends.
