He was predeceased by: his mother Baheejah Rasheed (Shirley Bethea) of Laurinburg. He is survived by: his father James "Jim" McClain of Durham; his son Zyonn McClain; his siblings, Timothy "Tim", Najla and Jamilah; his nephew Miles; and his niece Madelyn. He is also survived by cousins, classmates, neighbors, and family friends.
