He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Wayne Eaton and Mary Marklin Eaton. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his son Brian Eaton (Carey); his granddaughter Kailey Eaton; and his sisters, Teresa Maysilles, Mary Lynne Baysinger and Lou Ann Wilson.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ridgecrest Baptist Church (1104 Milton Rd, Durham, NC 27712). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
