With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Danny Reid Moore of Durham, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 2, 2026 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Danny may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Reid Moore and Gladys Cleo Temple Moore. He is survived by: his sister Nancy Moore Fox of Hixson, TN; his niece Lisa Anderson; his nephew Scott Fox; and his close friends, Tina Young and Travis Croom.
