He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie David Rigsbee and Carrie Mae Rigsbee. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Rigsbee; his daughter Lori Stark (Paul Robertson); his grandchildren, Sydney Stark and Haley Stark; and his siblings, Carrie Johnson, Paul Rigsbee (Pat), Paula Ayers (Joe), Harold Rigsbee (Linda), Steve Rigsbee (Mandy) and Linda Thompson (Coy).
