He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lacy Leroy McNair and Arletha Adam McNair; his siblings, Berneatha (Newt), Lacy Leroy, Jr. (June), Jonathan (Buddy) and Lela (Sister); his wife Betty Rouse; and his sons, George David, Timothy Wingate and Hiram Francis.
