He is survived by: his wife Peggy Hawkins Terry; his sons, John Wesley Terry and David Michael Terry; his daughter-in-law Shanti Limbu Terry; his granddaughters, Kristen Michelle Terry, Maya Limbu Terry and Ashley Rose Boyd; and his siblings, Foy Terry Hunt of Durham, NC, Katy Terry Clayton of Hurdle Mills, NC and Darrell Pleasant Terry of Roxboro, NC. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
