She is survived by: her mother Masako Locke; her husband Edward Gaydosik; her daughters, Chrissy Stripling and Jessica Smith; her granddaughters, Megan Smith and Ella Smith; her great grandchild Annie Stauring; and her siblings, David Locke and Cynthia Bradshaw.
