He was predeceased by: his parents, Issac Herman Weaver and Vergie Malone Horton Weaver; and his sister Shirley Rich. He is survived by: his son James Herman Weaver (Ann); his sister Katrina Weaver; and his grandsons, Nicholas James Weaver (Jynx), Joseph Donald Weaver and Nathan Robert Weaver.
