She was predeceased by: her parents, Rita Stephans and John Stephans; and her siblings, Jean and John (Jack). She is survived by: her husband Thomas Carlyle; her sons, Thomas Sean (Heather) and David John; her grandsons, Liam and Declan; and her siblings, Carol, Rita, Gregory, Mark, Dan, Christine and Noreen. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
