He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Charles Clark and Iola Jane Emory Clark; and his wife Sandra Parrish Clark. He is survived by: his sons, Charles Clark (Rhonda), Dwayne Clark (Valare) and Barry Clark (Katie); his grandchildren, Brittany Rice (Chris), Jared Clark (Alex), Mallory Ray (Brandon), Connor Clark (Alisha), Amie Clark and Jansen Clark (Grayson); his stepgrandchild Riky Lynch; and his great grandchildren, Aubrey Rice, Hannah Rice and Anderson Clark.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, face coverings and social distancing are required for all services.
