With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Doris Jean Ortosky (Durham, North Carolina), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 4, 2025 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Levi and Wilmer Juett; her former husband Joseph Michael Ortosky, Sr.; her siblings, Dorothy Schull, Delores Hilton, Faye Wallace, Sue Shorter and James Juett; and her daughter Linda Riedell.
She is survived by: her husband Joe Ortosky; her son Joseph Michael Ortosky, Jr.; and her grandchildren, Jamie Gallagher, Matthew Ortosky, Laura Pittman and Robert Parrott. She is also survived by many great grandchildren, and a few great-great grandchildren.
