He was predeceased by: his parents, John Eubanks and Eula Eubanks; his wife Delores Mae Thomas; and his siblings, James Eubanks, John Eubanks, Vernon Eubanks, Mildred Carthen and Iris Pope.

He is survived by: his children, Edwin L. Eubanks, Jr. (Carol), Guy Eubanks (Debbie), Pam Temple (Denny) and Kim Perry (Martin); his brother William "Bill" Eubanks; his grandchildren, Eddie Eubanks, III (Renee), Leann Oakley (Will), Jack Temple (Rebekah), Jon Temple (Adrienne), Jared Temple (April), Ashely Thomas (Jay), Melissa Dawn Eubanks, Brad Perry (Whitney), Amanda Perry, Joni Whitt (Shawn) and Jessi Gray; Fred Johnson. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren; as well as numerous loving nieces and nephews.
