We are sad to announce that on June 24, 2023, at the age of 98, Elaine Jones Flannery (Durham, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Oren Jackson Jones and Ada Weaver Jones; her husband Daryl Duane Flannery; her daughter Bari Fonville; and her siblings, Clarence, Floy, Clifford, Kerry, Lawrence, Ralph, Johnny, Morris, Lee Roy Jones and Dahlia Eastep.

She is survived by: her children, Larry Flannery, Debbie Collins and Sheri Allison (Mike); her grandchildren, Carolyn Allen (Neil), Megan King (Heath), Sara Clark (Michael), Cale Allison and Bailey Allison (James Best); and her great grandchildren, Theo, Lily, Lulu, Suzy Allen, Nola, Ellie King, Carly Ann, Caroline Clark and Forrest Best.
