She is survived by: her children, Tim Sikes of Greenville, NC, Keith Sikes (Kathy) of Scranton, SC, Julie Leonard (Byron) of Burlington, NC and Patricia Sikes (Paul Joffrion) of Durham, NC.; her grandchildren, Wes Adams, Michael Sikes, Tommy Sikes, Courtney Adams, Tiffany Stroud, Stephanie Estes, Julianna Adams, Heather Adams, Maddie Adams, Aubri Adams, Lulea Adams and Sarah Leonard; and her sister Dorothy Snotherly of Burlington, NC..
