It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth English Baird (Durham, North Carolina), born in Richmond, Virginia, who passed away on October 4, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Robert Tyler English; her brother William Randolph English; and her granddaughter Andrea Leigh Page. She is survived by: her husband William "Lynn" Baird; her daughters, Kathy Grabowski (Walter) and Elizabeth Nicks; her grandchildren, Jennifer Smith (Daniel), Lindsey Burchell (Forrest), Emma, Kate Grabowski, Ryan, Christopher Page and Tyler Turner; her great grandchildren, Liam, Auden Burchell, Jaxson and Oliver Smith; and her pet Jaley.

Memorial Contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital; 262 Danny Thomas Place; Memphis, TN 38105.
