She was predeceased by: her parents, Chuck Haywood and Betty Haywood of Elkin, NC.. She is survived by: her husband Doug; her children, Rosie, Aaron and Nassar; her stepchildren, Andrew and Carrie; and her siblings, John, Charlie and Marguerite. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and step-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, Liza requested donations be made to the ALS Association.
