He was predeceased by: his parents, Dallas Victor Walters and Mabel Pauline Jacobs. He is survived by: his brothers, Bobby Walters (Rhonda) and Johnny Walters (Phyllis).
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Walnut Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery (7215 Walnut Grove Church Rd, Hurdle Mills, NC 27541).
