She was predeceased by: her parents, Perdita Arnett Brantly and Edgar Clayton Brantly. She is survived by: her husband John Hartwell Garrett; her stepdaughter Kelly Pegram (Patrick); her niece Ann Brantly (Daniel); her stepgranddaughters, Hannah Doisey (Christian) and Noel Pegram; and her pet Gigi. She is also survived by her cousins and her special friends.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Union Chapel United Methodist Church (6535 Raleigh Rd, Kittrell, NC 27544).
