She was predeceased by: her parents, Nathan Don and Eva Mae Hyatt Davis; her husband Glenn; and her siblings, Joseph R. Davis (Navy), Highway Patrolman Nathan A. Davis (Marie Lloyd Davis) and Grace Davis Miller (George I).
She is survived by: her son Bill (Amy) of Durham; her daughter-in-law Martha of Waynesville; her sibling Thomas E. Davis (Kaye) of Robbinsville; her granddaughter Elizabeth Quinn Brown (Taylor Roach) of Darien, CT; and her great grandchild Alva James Youngwood (Elizabeth McLain Youngwood).
