With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Ellen Kay of Durham, North Carolina, who passed away on February 20, 2024 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Bert Wesley Hungerford and Cleo Marion Hungerford (Mattson). She is survived by : her sons, Jason (Jill) and Bryan (Emilie); her grandchildren, Samaritan, Jackson, Jonathan, Everly, Nicolas and Lucas; and her siblings, Elizabeth (Mike) and Bert.
